This Return & Exchange Policy explains how Kanda Organics, Inc., doing business as DELV Collective (“we,” “us,” or “our”), handles returns and exchanges for products purchased through delvcollective.com.
Made-to-Order Products
All of our products are made to order. Because each item is produced specifically for you, we do not accept returns or issue refunds for any reason other than a manufacturing defect or damage incurred during production.
No Returns or Refunds
We do not accept returns, cancellations, or refunds for incorrect size selection, color preference, buyer’s remorse, or accidental orders. Please review product descriptions and size charts carefully before placing your order.
Defective or Damaged Items
If your item arrives defective, misprinted, or damaged, we will offer an exchange for the same item at no additional cost. Refunds are not provided.
Exchange Eligibility
To be eligible for an exchange, you must contact us within 7 days of receiving your order and provide clear photographic evidence of the defect or damage.
Exchange Process
Once your claim is approved, we will produce and ship a replacement item. You may be required to return the defective item depending on the nature of the issue.
Non-Exchangeable Items
Items damaged due to normal wear and tear, improper washing, misuse, or sizing errors are not eligible for exchange.
Shipping for Exchanges
We cover the cost of shipping for approved exchanges related to defects or production errors.
