Thank you for shopping with us. Each item you order is made especially for you through our print-on-demand production partners. This allows us to reduce waste and offer high-quality custom products, but it does mean shipping timelines differ from traditional retail.

Production Time

All orders require production time before shipping.

  • Production typically takes 2–7 business days

  • Production times may increase during high-volume periods such as holidays or promotional events

  • Orders are not considered shipped until production is complete and the item is handed off to the carrier

Shipping Time

Once your order has shipped, estimated delivery times are as follows:

  • U.S. Orders: 3–7 business days

  • International Orders: 7–21 business days (varies by destination)

Shipping times are estimates and begin after production, not from the order date.

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information. Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking updates to appear.

Split Shipments

If your order includes multiple items, they may:

  • Be produced by different partners

  • Ship separately

  • Arrive at different times

There is no additional shipping charge for split shipments unless otherwise stated at checkout.

International Shipping & Customs

International orders may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, or other fees determined by the destination country. These charges are not included in your order total and are the responsibility of the recipient.

Address Accuracy

Please ensure all shipping information is accurate at checkout. We are not responsible for orders delayed or lost due to incorrect or incomplete addresses.

Delays & Exceptions

While we work closely with our fulfillment partners, delays may occur due to:

  • Carrier disruptions

  • Customs processing

  • Weather or force majeure events
